This visa allows skilled workers with prescribed occupations who were nominated by an Australian State or Territory to live and work in Australia as permanent resident visa holders.
Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 491)
This visa is suitable for skilled workers with prescribed occupations who were nominated by an Australian state or territory government, or by a family member who is an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen, to live and work in regional Australia. This visa provides a pathway to permanent residency for its visa holders through the upcoming Subclass 191 visa.
Global Talent Visa (Subclass 858)
Subclass 858 is a permanent visa for those who have obtained an internationally recognised record of exceptional and outstanding achievement in an eligible field.
